My contact information can be found in the Menu. The feature is located under user’s name. The purpose of this feature is to ensure that your contact details are up to date.

In My Contact Information feature, you can update the contact information that the municipality has specified as available for guardians to update. Contact details include your phone number and email address. You must also choose whether you consent to receiving decisions electronically in the Edlevo App and notifications about them to your email address. You can find this function in the Edlevo App by pressing the Menu button in the upper right corner, which will display the My contact details link at the top and allow you to access the function.
Verification of Contact Information
If your contact information has not been verified, the application will prompt you to review and confirm it. Make the necessary additions or changes and then confirm them by pressing the Confirm button.
Updating Contact Information
The address fields in the contact information cannot be edited. The phone number can contain:
- Numbers
- Spaces
- Hyphens
- Additionally, + or – sign at the beginning of the number
The number must contain at least 5 and no more than 15 characters. Letters are not allowed.
The email address field requires an email address in the format of an email.
You can give your consent to receive decisions electronically in the Edlevo App and notifications about them to your email address by selecting the checkbox.
