My contact information (Edlevo App)

My contact information can be found in the Menu. The feature is located under user’s name. The purpose of this feature is to ensure that your contact details are up to date.

Veryfying Contact Information

If your contact information has not been verified, the application will prompt you to review and confirm it. Make the necessary additions or changes to your mobile phone number and email address, then confirm them by pressing the Confirm button.

Phone number requirements

• May contain numbers, spaces, hyphens, and a ”+” or ”-” sign at the beginning
• Must be between 5 and 16 characters long
• Letters are not allowed

Updating Contact Information

• To update your email address, enter the new details in both the Email and Confirm e-mail fields
• To update your phone numbers, enter the new details in the Mobile Phone and/or Work Phone fields
• Finally, press the Confirm button.
