Vacation planning (Edlevo App)

In the Vacation planning module, you can report your child’s vacation dates for the period defined by the municipality. This function is available in the Edlevo App by pressing the Menu button in the upper-right corner, which will list the available functions in the app’s view. By pressing the Vacation Planning button, you will navigate to the function.

Responding to the survey

Under the Active vacation surveys heading, you will see surveys where there is still time left to respond. Under the History heading, you can find previous surveys.

Start by selecting the survey you want to respond to. A view will open with the survey title at the top, the last response date, a more detailed description of the survey, and a calendar. If the more detailed description is not visible, click the ”Show more” link. The calendar will highlight only those days on which you can make entries. You can select an individual day by clicking on a day in the calendar. The day will turn blue. Select all the days you wish by clicking on them. You can remove a day from your selection by clicking on the same day again, and it will turn back to white.

Below the calendar, you will find the following buttons:

• Select all days – allows you to select all active days
• Clear – lets you clear all your selections

Once you have made your desired selections, press the Confirm notification button. If you want to cancel your selections and stop the process, you can press the Cancel button.
