Register income (Edlevo App)
This feature is available in the Edlevo app only if it has been enabled by the municipality.
Parents living in the same household as a child attending early childhood education can report the income affecting the early childhood education fee amount in the Edlevo App, within the Register Income module.
Watch the video on how to complete the Register Income in the Edlevo App.
You can report your own income and your spouse’s income with one Register Income report.
Navigation
You can find the Register Income function in the Edlevo App by pressing the Menu button in the upper-right corner, which will list the available functions in the app’s view.
Overview
In the overview, you can see all valid (those that have been valid for up to two years) and upcoming income details. You can create a new Register Income report by pressing the Register Income button.
- Select the checkbox indicating you have read and understood the information provided by your municipality regarding Register Income. Then press the Next button.
- Change the toggle button if you accept the highest early childhood education fee and do not report your income OR change the toggle button if you give permission for your income information to be verified from the Income Register. By accepting the highest fee, you agree that the municipality will charge the highest possible early childhood education fee. If you give permission for income data to be checked, the municipality can then verify your income information from the national Income Register. You cannot give consent for your spouse’s income to be checked, as they must do it themselves in the Edlevo App.
- You can upload documents about your income (e.g., salary, capital income, Kela benefits) to the Register Income report from the ”clip” icon. Add the ”valid from” date using the calendar icon. The ”valid from” date refers to the first day the reported income is valid.
- Also, report your spouse’s income. You can accept the highest fee on behalf of your spouse, in which case income details do not need to be reported. Alternatively, you can upload documents about your spouse’s income. Also, add the ”valid from” date using the calendar icon.
- Press the Save button.
- You will receive a confirmation that the Register Income report has been saved, and the report will be in a ”Pending Processing” status.
- Once the municipality has processed the Register Income report, it will change to the ”Active” status, meaning it is the valid report.
Note! The municipality may request additional information about the Register Income report you submitted. You will receive a message from the municipality. Log in again to the Edlevo App and read the message in full in the Register Income section. You can change the income information by clicking the ”pencil” icon. Once you’ve made the changes, click Save.
