This privacy statement “Privacy Statement” explains how Tieto Sweden AB and its authorized partners and affiliated Tieto group companies “Tieto” process personal data in connection with the Edlevo service “Service“. The term “personal data”, as used in this Privacy Statement, refers to any information about you which can be used to personally identify you, such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, social security number, your relationship with your child/children or any other personal information you might supply.
Edlevo services are being used by municipalities and private schools, the ”customer”. They, in turn, offer Edlevo’s services to their citizens or employees. They are then the data controller for the processing of your data in the service. In such cases, Tieto Education is the data processor for the customer for the processing of your personal data in the service, and is then responsible for the organizational and technical security measures we have been instructed to implement by the customer.
Tietoevry processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (the GDPR) and the national personal data legislation implementing the directive.
